This flow cytometer is very useful for the research projects which involves analysis of regular fluorescence which are in the range of FITC, PE, PerCP and APC. The instrument has fixed voltage which makes it easy to load sample tubes and analyze. Sample tubes can be anything such as 0.5mL tubes, 1.5mL tubes, 5mL tubes, 24 well plate, 48 well plate, even 96 well plate can be used.
